## What this tool does
Blur faces, plates or addresses in a chosen rectangle — all or only part of the timeline.

## Typical user problems
- A face, license plate or street number must not go public, but cutting the shot would ruin it. The rectangle you pick is cropped, blurred and pasted back over the original frames — the rest of the picture stays pixel-identical, and a time window limits the effect to the moments that need it.
